Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients to arrange salon appointments
• Qualify leads and assess their specific needs
• Manage objections and facilitate appointment rescheduling
• Send reminders to enhance client attendance
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM
• Meet weekly performance indicators

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with U.S. customers, availability for 4 hours daily, exceptional English language skills, and a reliable work-from-home setup.
