Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our Customer Service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt solutions to assigned cases, analyzing complaint trends for senior management, preparing Root Cause Analyses, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure the effective resolution of cases from initiation to completion.
Job Requirements:
– Demonstrated knowledge of banking (preferably in the Loan division)
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
– Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
– A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
