Mouser Electronics is searching for a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include processing a variety of customer requests, understanding their needs, driving business growth through service initiatives, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through effective follow-up.
You will oversee multiple currencies for international orders, provide prompt pricing and delivery quotes, and communicate with customers through multilingual chat support. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent time management, professional communication skills, and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
