Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Member to join our Customer Service department at Kotak Mahindra. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective resolutions to all assigned cases. You will analyze complaint trends, create Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and monitor cases while coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure cases are closed efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Must have banking knowledge (Loan division experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Graduates and above.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
