Job Description
Experience: 1-4 years
Salary: ₹400,00 to ₹450,00 per annum
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Rotational shifts, Work from office
Responsibilities: Manage incoming domestic calls, address customer queries via email and phone, handle complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, proven customer support experience, ability to multitask, and only male candidates are considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), Customer service experience of at least 1 year (preferred).
