Job Description

Chanlong Manufacturing Pvt Limited is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The key responsibilities of this role include comprehensive testing and evaluation of products, software, and systems to pinpoint defects and identify areas for improvement. You will analyze data and processes to ensure that our products align with quality standards and meet customer expectations.

This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates, offering a salary range of ₹9,362.14 – ₹25,415.86 per month. We also provide health insurance and a Provident Fund, along with other benefits.

Working hours consist of day shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional availability on weekends. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
