Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our ministry at the Center for Episcopal Fellowship in India. In this role, you will handle inquiries, offer information, and support our community with warmth and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Assist with event registrations and processing of donations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Provide basic spiritual support when appropriate.
- Address and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a strong commitment to Christian values.
