Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹25,00 per month
Education:
- Graduate Preferred
- Minimum 10th Pass (will also be considered)

- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Provide product/service information as needed.
- Maintain precise customer records.
- Upsell or cross-sell services where applicable.
