Job Description
Career Comfort is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site night shift aligned with U.S. hours. Schedule: Monday–Friday with fixed weekends off. The role involves handling inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare customers; this is non-sales and target-free.
- Salary: ₹15,00–₹19,00/month
- Benefits: travel allowance, subsidized meals, free cab drop, PF & ESI, attendance bonus ₹1,00/month, annual bonus up to ₹15,00
- Requirements: strong English communication (neutral/U.S.-friendly accent preferred), minimum 12th pass; Graduation/Diploma advantageous; freshers and experienced candidates welcome
