Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative in the Banking process. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in Banking processes (Inbound/Outbound) from the BPO industry.
Key requirements include familiarity with banking terminology and excellent communication skills in English. The role requires handling customer queries and complaints effectively over the phone.
Job details:
- Shift: Day (8 AM – 9 PM), any 9 hours
- Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
- Salary: ₹10,532.70 – ₹33,423.12 per month
