Job Description

Process: Customer Service (Blended Process)

Shift Timing: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 days)

Week Off: Sat-Sun (2 Days)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Excellent English Communication Skills needed.
• Handling customer complaints and providing solutions via call and chat.
• Ability to take inbound calls.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduation required.
• Freshers with good English communication can apply.

Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹32,00.00 per month
