Job Description
AKS Fintech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive for our Airline process. We invite applications from enthusiastic candidates with 1-2 years of calling experience, as well as freshers who possess outstanding communication skills.
This is a full-time role with a requirement for flexible availability across 24/7 rotational shifts, from Monday to Saturday. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, assisting customers with flight bookings and cancellations, managing complaints, and providing information on flights and related services.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. Please note that we do not provide cab facilities.
The salary range for this position is ₹20,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month.
