Job Description
We invite you to become a part of cherishX as a Customer Service Post Sales Representative. In this vital role, you will:
- Respond to client inquiries through email, social media, and phone.
- Communicate detailed product information to customers.
- Facilitate sales closures for the company.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details, purchases, and billing information.
- Conduct surveys and compile reports based on customer feedback.
- Provide effective solutions and clear instructions to resolve issues.
