Job Description
Telebroad Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer. Responsibilities include Investor Onboarding, KYC document management, and distributor relationship management. You will address customer and distributor queries, ensuring prompt resolution within specified turnaround times. Proficiency in Excel is required.
This full-time role offers a salary of ₹22,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of experience, and 3 years in customer service. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
