Job Description
DBS Consumer Banking Group seeks a diligent Customer Service Officer to manage cash handling, transfers, cheque processing, account openings, deposits, and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Process transactions and instruments within authorized limits and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly; escalate when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and meet deadlines.
Requirements: 2–4 years of banking experience; bachelor’s degree (Banking/Commerce preferred); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of internal and external regulations; and strong computer proficiency.
