Responsibilities: Resolve customer complaints, conduct quality assurance surveys, maintain product knowledge, establish rapport with clients, ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements: Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates, excellent communication skills, comfortable in office work, immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Bhayander (West), Mumbai

Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹21,00.00 per month

Schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days a week.
