Job Description
We are The Universal Business Hub, seeking a dedicated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Executive for our international voice process. This role requires handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone from our office during night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries with empathy.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
