Job Description
Tata Communications is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries and operations. This operational role requires proactive problem-solving skills to ensure quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of customer issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Researching and troubleshooting system/application issues.
- Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
