Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Talenta Manpower Services. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of customer service experience, maintain strong customer relationships, and manage service processes effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries.
- Documenting all customer interactions and following up on solutions.
- Researching company products and processes to provide accurate information.
- Recommending process improvements based on customer feedback.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
