Job Description
GoodSpace is looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for walk-in customers, assisting them in navigating financial solutions while ensuring an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the branch.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Aid customers in verifying eligibility for various offerings.
- Support customers with documentation and KYC submissions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding services and application statuses.
- Gather customer feedback for ongoing improvement.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹300,00 – ₹600,00 annually
