Job Description
Genesis HR Services is seeking a diligent Customer Service Associate to handle inbound calls from US-based customers related to telecom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls effectively.
- Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
Criteria: UG/Grad with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in International Voice/Customer Service.
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Shift: 24 X 7
CTC: 4.90 LPA
