Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team at GE-TEK ELECTRONICS. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media; diagnosing problems and offering solutions; maintaining accurate records; and gathering customer feedback to enhance our services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, and be fluent in Tamil. Applicants aged 19 to 32 are preferred.
We offer a competitive pay range of ₹15,252.41 to ₹24,973.93 per month for both full-time and part-time positions.
