Job Description

EDMIUM is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our team. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to provide detailed information about our products and services, as well as addressing inquiries related to universities and courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. A background in customer care will be considered an advantage.
