Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Log interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless service.
Continuously engage in training for product knowledge updates.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s is a plus.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Fluency in English is essential.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
