Job Description
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Executive at Bureau Veritas, you will assist supervisors with paperwork, distribute inspection samples, and maintain system reports. Your main responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and collection of handling kits.
- Manage sample distribution and client communications.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain accurate scheduling.
- Prepare inspection files and invoices.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports as required.
