Job Description
We are seeking a professional to manage inbound and outbound course enquiries, advise students and parents on Avenir programs, and arrange counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits. The role requires maintaining enquiry and follow-up records, supporting admissions documentation and seat booking, and coordinating with counsellors, business development executives, and management.
- Requirements: Graduate or +2; strong spoken English and Malayalam (Hindi a plus); basic computer skills.
- Must be target-driven, customer-focused, and demonstrate persistent follow-up. Freshers welcome; experience in education, aviation, telecalling, or counselling is advantageous.
- Full-time on-site. Salary: ₹8,682–₹20,00/month.
