Job Description

ABK IMPORTS seeks a full-time, onsite Customer Service Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp; resolve product, order, return, and warranty inquiries; coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Warehouse; log interactions in ERP/CRM; process returns and exchanges; escalate complex issues; and gather customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction.

• Requirements: 2–4 years of customer service experience; fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi; strong problem-solving, multitasking, and empathetic customer-first attitude; preferred age under 30.
• Compensation: ₹15,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
