Summary: Join our Customer Service Desk team at CFO Center. You will be responsible for handling daily trade transactions, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with clients and various bank departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trade transactions and client requirements.
- Coordinate with CPC for processing and resolving discrepancies.
- Issue Letters of Credit and scrutinize trade documents.
- Attend to corporate customers’ front-end needs.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance and CMS products.
