Join RLabs Enterprise Services Limited as a Customer Service Associate. You will direct customer calls to the appropriate department, prioritize calls, and escalate issues as necessary. Adherence to product-specific guidelines, procedures, and best practices is essential. Flexibility in schedule may be required based on business needs, including overtime.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹200,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per year
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: Rotational shift, US shift
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Language: English (required), Hindi (preferred)
