Job Description

Skills Required: Proficiency in English and Hindi, coupled with basic computer skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure and the flexibility to work rotational shifts are essential.
Key Responsibilities: This role involves managing customer queries through voice, email, or chat to ensure a positive experience, providing accurate information, resolving complaints professionally, documenting interactions in CRM tools, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up.
Salary: Competitive compensation of 3.7 LPA, with a take-home pay of 25.6K.
