Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer US customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.
- Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree. No backlogs
- 0-8 years experience in international voice process/client coordination.
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Willing to work in night shifts (10:30PM to 7:30AM).
- Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
