Job Description
Chanlong Manufacturing Pvt Limited is in search of a committed Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our database with insights gained from customer interactions, collaborating effectively with the sales team, and addressing concerns for our high-value clients. Additionally, you will participate in special projects, monitor customer satisfaction, and devise strategies to enhance service delivery, particularly for challenging situations.
Position: Full-time, Entry-level
Salary: ₹9,383.16 – ₹32,524.99 per month
