Job Description
Cosmic Byte is looking for a committed Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing all incoming customer inquiries and providing prompt and relevant information. You will guide clients to the appropriate departments and resolve customer issues by collaborating with management, including processing refunds when needed.
This role requires you to maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, provide quotations, check product availability, and efficiently manage payment transactions.
