Job Description
Ovatix IT Solution is seeking dedicated candidates available in Pune and PCMC to join our team as Customer Service Agents. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as identifying and resolving customer complaints.
You will handle product-related questions, maintain records of customer interactions, and work closely with our product and payments team to ensure swift resolution of issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹34,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred. Languages: English and Hindi preferred. Location: In person.
