Job Description
Grace Staffing Services is thrilled to announce the opening for a Customer Service Agent position in the Voice Process. This full-time role requires working US night shifts, comprising 5 working days followed by 2 rotational off days. We offer a competitive salary between ₹25,00.00 and ₹33,00.00 per month, in addition to convenient home pick-up and drop-off services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, although fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Excellent communication skills are a must.
