Job Description

AMF Synergy Vision is seeking dynamic individuals who possess a strong passion for customer service to join our team as Live Chat Customer Service Agents. This full-time role requires a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in live chat, customer service, or telecom. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Shift: Rotational (US Hours: 6 PM IST – 9:30 AM IST) | 5 Days a Week

Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Address billing and service-related inquiries.
• Promote telecom products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Excellent written English skills.
• Demonstrated experience in upselling.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
