Job Description
Aycom Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and talented Customer Service Advisor. Ideal candidates will be fluent in spoken English and possess experience collaborating with UK or international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer interactions and oversee ticket resolution.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team.
- Ensure professional email communication at all times.
- Adapt to flexible shifts and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
