Job Description
TOPSLICK MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking Customer Sales Executives for stores across Chennai. Qualifications: Graduate or Class 12; fresh graduates are welcome; Class 12 candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹21,500 (in-hand ₹15,500–₹17,500) plus incentives and store bonuses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain product knowledge and consult customers
- Upsell/cross-sell and promote offers and loyalty programs
- Process POS transactions and manage exchanges/returns
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report to the Store Manager
Employment: Full-time, Permanent, suitable for freshers. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund. On-site work required.
Requirements
