Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, escalating complex matters as needed, documenting interaction details, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up until all issues are resolved.
Qualifications: Candidates must have at least one year of technical support experience, with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, alongside efficient interaction management abilities.
Compensation: The salary ranges from ₹18,00.00 to ₹28,00.00 per month, plus additional benefits.
