Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Relationship Officer to manage life insurance sales across Kerala (Kerala candidates only). Compensation: ₹25,00–₹40,00 basic plus attractive incentives. Applicants must be graduates under 30 with a minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Attend walk-in customers at bank branches; assess needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with bank staff and advisors; support documentation and ensure smooth sales closures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and a customer-focused attitude.
