Job Description
AMALGAMATIONS REPCO LTD is actively seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our dedicated customer service team. In this pivotal role, the CRO will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Key responsibilities encompass addressing customer inquiries and complaints, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies for client retention and growth.
This full-time position is open to recent graduates.
Salary ranges from ₹19,641.21 to ₹39,721.23 per month, with additional benefits including work-from-home options and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Working hours consist of day and morning shifts, and the role requires in-person attendance at our office location.
