Job Description
The Sleep Company is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to enhance our retail team. In this role, you will represent our brand by providing exceptional service to customers, addressing their inquiries, facilitating purchases, and resolving service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product information and personalized recommendations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Essential Skills: Strong proficiency in English communication, excellent interpersonal abilities, and basic computer literacy.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week.
