Job Description
Pride Motors is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to oversee all insurance operations within our dealership. This role entails managing policy renewals, assisting clients with claims, and promoting additional insurance products. A strong command of communication and fundamental knowledge of motor insurance are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer insurance renewals and provide accurate quotes.
- Assist in the documentation and support of insurance claims.
- Promote and upsell various insurance options.
- Maintain thorough records while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in insurance or dealership environments is preferred.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month + benefits.
