Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Pacific Mall locations in Tagore Garden, Jasola, and NSP! We are seeking a Customer Service Manager with 2-5 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer portals with timely updates, assisting customers in downloading and using our app, and driving new customer registrations. You will also oversee the voucher inventory at the customer desk, nurture relationships with retailers, and enhance the visitor experience through exceptional customer service. Promptly addressing customer inquiries will be key to your success in this role.
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month

Requirements
