Job Description
HAPPY NIKAH is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Executive to serve as the main point of contact for users of our Muslim matrimony app. In this role, you will assist users with inquiries and sales, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience. It is essential to understand user needs and provide professional, empathetic support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Work Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Experience: Preferred candidates should have at least 1 year of total work and customer service experience.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is preferred.
