Job Description
Finovest Group seeks a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to enhance client engagement and expand our retail financial product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and persuasive abilities, plus familiarity with Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), and Gold Loans.
- Build and sustain client relationships, identify needs, and propose tailored financial solutions.
- Meet sales targets, handle inquiries, perform timely follow-ups, and facilitate smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
