Job Description
euphoricoders seeks a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions and promote long-term satisfaction. Serve as the primary contact via phone, email, and in-person; resolve complaints; coordinate with sales, operations, and support; maintain CRM records; track feedback and achieve KPIs.
- Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, basic MS Office and CRM proficiency.
- Qualifications: Plus Two (12th grade) or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 0–2 years’ experience (fresh graduates welcome); English and regional language skills preferred.
- Position: full-time, permanent, in-person. Salary: ₹12,00–₹20,00/month.
