Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Eminent Edu Skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to inform customers about our products and services, as well as handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries. You will assist in lead generation by maintaining a database of prospects, follow up on previous customer inquiries, and manage queries and complaints in a professional manner. Achieving targets by meeting call and conversion goals is essential, as is promoting our products or services to encourage sales. Commitment to professionalism and the company’s reputation is crucial.
