Job Description
Join Bullet Redevelopment Company as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will manage customer databases, conduct service reminder calls, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer records.
- Conduct service reminder and post-service feedback calls.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma preferred.
- 2 years in Real Estate, 1 year in Customer Service.
Working Hours: 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Full-time position with a salary of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
