Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at ADEO DISTINCTIONS & DIMENSIONS PVT LTD. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and resolving issues efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the sales team in upselling, gathering customer feedback for service improvement, and conducting Parent Orientations for new admissions. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in customer service and education administration are preferred. Fluent English is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month | Location: Karve Nagar, Pune
